Getting ready for round 2 with BB&T. After 33 days, $333.50 in filing fees, 3 trips to Anderson County Courthouse, 2 hours in a BB&T branch, 8 hours waiting for a call back from one of the home offices after we were told we were next in line and listening to those lovely people explain in English, Spanish, Farsi and Morse Code why they cannot answer some simple questions. I believe we just might get some answers on why my great grandmother who is raising three great-grandchildren house payment has gone up almost 40% since October. I had little respect for BB&T before all of this; now I have none. I would put them in the same sentence as Bank of America and Wells Fargo but not even they are that evil/incompetent. Should be fun. Good habits, better information and the right person helping you can do wonders for your score. What you don’t know is costing you a fortune. I have 14 years worth of stories to share from over 30,000 hours spent solving credit problems. I get results. https://4stepcredit.com/get-robbed-pencil/
